I suggest you bring something to do while you wait, crochet, soduko you probably have enough time to order uber eats. 13 minutes is an insane amount of time for a transaction.

Been a account holder here for years. I've been waiting over TWO WEEKS just to get online access to my accounts. Just called in the Scottdale branch was put on hold for over five minutes then hung up on. Very dissatisfied.

If you're into old time banking than this is your bank. Banking techniques are from back in the day. Also rules change daily here with cashing checks. Definitely would not recommend this bank.

I was cashing a check, asked for 3 $100.00 bills she said I'll see what I have, she only gave me 2. You mean they only had 2 one hundred dollar bills in the bank.
