Very easy to get the loan. Unfortunately the staff might not know how interest works on thier own loans. I was told I can make bigger payments so I wouldn't have to pay as much interest. False. All interest was added to the loan upon funds sent to account. This was the first issue I had. 2nd issue during lockdown and being laid off with unemployment not getting to me for over a month I log into the app and see they say I can call my branch if you are effected by covid they can help. I call tell them I will have trouble making payments, they told me there is nothing in place during the pandemic unfortunately and I have to make my $$$$ payments. What they did offer me was another loan of 2500 to help. Lmao. I also have screen shots of the app and how it says they are there to help. They took that all off the app in less then a week. Now I'm off to write a review about my predatory mortgage lender who wants me to send them almost a grand right before Xmas for an escrow shortfall. You would think these predatory banking practices would be abolished in a first world country but I guess not.

Bunch of ignorant ppl there. Especially the fat older guy. Don't waste your time there ppl.
