United Check Cashing, Scranton, PA

Let me tell you I have used a couple check cashing places due to my ex messing up my bank accounts The people at United check cashing are the most honest people for one they made a mistake I hen cashing a check for me and they called me before I called them it was a small amount of money most places would rip you off and keep the money .They are great never have an issue with them at all fast in and out .they even stay open to the exact minute they advertise most places close 10 to 15 minutes early .I will go out of my way to go to this place .

When I couldn't get my check cashed ANYWHERE else, including Walmart... I got it cashed here!!! What a lifesaver!!! Also, the man working was sooo nice and helpful!

This was mine and my husbands first time here, the service was so good that I had to write my first review ever. The staff was very friendly, treated us like family. They even gave us free baseball tickets! The small fee to pay to cash your check is beyond worth it in my eyes. Never cashing at walmart or any other big chains again. Thank you!

I will say the 3 star is for the guy who used to work there. Now I give them 1 star because, the place smells horrible. I don't know if these people have a nose, but in their smells like filth. I had to hold my breath while paying my bills. Thank God they are not dealing with food.... Yet totally disgusted by the lack of sanitization.

The staff isn’t the way they use to be especially the heavy set brunette. Very rude and ignorant! I’ve been a customer for 20 years! I think Il take my business elsewhere. New staff has no respect!

Does not open at 10am after a 30 min drive had to drive 30 mins to another place
