The limited interaction I've had with the staff has been pleasant and it seems I'm better off just using them to make a payment, however... Trying to pay with this mobile app does not work. Their website payment seemed to work until I received a past due notice weeks after I *made* the payment. Which silly me for assuming that would work after how atrocious their mobile app is. Their phone payment is so archaic and temperamental with hang ups and not recognizing number inputs that the process took 15 minutes. While writing this I realized I didn't copy down the phone payment confirmation and probably just threw money into the ether again 🙃.
