The staff are unbelievably nice and accommodating. They didn't even hint that they minded staying late to work with my schedule. They empathized with my situation and worked very hard to help me get what I needed. They had funds in my account in less than an hour! would recommend the Shippensburg branch to anyone. Their customer service representatives are very rude and threaten you if you are a day late with your payment. You explain to them your situation and they don't seem to care. All they do is threaten you if you don't pay by a certain date.
