Bellco Federal Credit Union, Sinking Spring, PA

I can't be more pleased with Bellco. I've been a member for a long time and everyone there is so pleasant and helpful. Today, I went in to get a used car loan to purchase the vehicle I had been leasing. I was helped by Kelli, the Sinking Spring Branch Manager, who was great to work with. In an hour's time, I left with a check in hand to purchase the vehicle. This experience reinforced why I am, and will always remain, a Bellco member.

Kelli Koehler was Knowledgeable, kind, and sincere. I had a lot of questions and she was very patient. Excellent customer service. I would highly recommend her for anyone wishing to set up a new account

I have been a member for years. Very friendly and they treat you like family. I only had one issue from another branch and Alecia from the Sinking Spring Branch was able to take care of me. I recently stopped in and Priya was able to open another account (for baby) and also provide great service and recommendations.

Nothing but good things to say. My mom is a long-standing customer and I followed suit a few years back initially as a supplementary savings. Eventually I tired of my other bank and moved everything to BELLCO and wish I’d done it sooner. Great customer service when I’ve needed assistance. Easy to work with when getting loans. And I love the fact I get my atm fees back every month.
