Wonderful bank! Great customer service! Employees are always so helpful and nice!

Spoke with a person named Daniel and he was very unpleasant! Even had to call a different branch and the other people were saying he’s rude to his customers! No help. Daniel was very rude.

Banked with them for years. The ladies in the front when you walk in are WONDERFUL and are the only reason we stayed with them for so long. Cathy Carlson and Marty are unprofessional, grudge holding snobs. So glad we finally made the switch to our new bank! I've heard a lot of negative feedback about hamlin and I finally agree with all the people who told me they're horrible to deal with.

Great bank and fast service. Closed second round PPP loan in a week, especially being a new customer. My normal bank didn't want to be bothered.
