Always very RUDE!!! Husband tried to cash a check and he wanted to speak to the manager!!! Teller didn’t even give him a chance to talk. She basically took charge and said he had to have a 5 day wait for this check To process! Called lavale MD the bank we normally use, and they stated if he talks to A manager they will let him have so Much until the check is clear!! Somerset Bank Ladies are mostly always RUDE!! Who do they think they are to treat people this way!!! It’s just NOT okay. Where is your kindness, where is your professionalism?

Best credit Union you could ever find! Tammy (manager) goes above and beyond every time and staff are super! My pups can’t wait to go through drive-thru to get treats
