Univest Bank and Trust Co, Souderton, PA

Doesn’t even deserve a star. I would never recommend this bank ever to anyone. Very unprofessional, extremely incompetent, poor quality in every single aspect. If you want important information given you to expect to get it right before closure on a friday so you can’t talk to anyone for three days, unprofessional. If you want anything done within a month give them four months or you’ll be extremely disappointed. I feel terrible for anyone that has to deal with anything to do with univest. Do anything and everything in you’re power to never do any business with them, promise you’ll regret it. I’d also say names but at this point it’s all of them.
