Was a customer for over 30 years. After they closed 3 branches near me I decided to switch. Mortgage brokers are inexperienced and customer srvice is lacking. Look elsewhere for you banking needs.

Great experience- good size bank with a small town feel. Just wrapped up two mortgages and a checking account, couldn't be easier....never pushy either!

I’ve been with Univest for 14-15 years and have grown to dislike the company. So much has changed and the customer service is less than stellar. Apparently the status on my loan has changed and no one is able to tell me why. I’ve called 3 times and emailed, no response. I pay on time and this is effecting my credit negatively. I am switching over to PNC and Discover as they are more honest, plus they look out for their customers.

I went there around 4:40ish and the doors were locked. If you are going to close before 5 PM, please put it on Google Maps and the door. Both of them say 5 PM.
