I had a little anxiety during the process of finding a lender for the purchase of my first home. With that being said I asked a few people I trusted point me in the direction of Marathon Mortgage and specifically Mike Witczak. They made this process extremely easy by walking me through everything step by step. Mike always answered my calls/texts and got back to me within the hour, ALWAYS. I will be using marathon mortgage for any future properties I purchase.

Would give Marathon 10 stars if I could. We were working with another company for a few months only to have the deal fall through (at no fault of our own). We were about 3 weeks from our deadline in our agreement so the pressure was on. Got referred to Tom at Marathon Mortgage, so I called him and he actually answered. After explaining our situation, Tom took the time to ask questions and came up with a solution based off of our situation. We had all the documentation in order and very soon, Tom, Mike, and Cathy went to work in a very fast and efficient manner. Their communication was outstanding and what I loved was they kept every promise they made, and did what they said they would do- that’s a rarity these days for most businesses. We just closed today on our house without a hiccup. Thank you MM for your professionalism and expertise. I HIGHLY recommend them for your mortgage needs.

Dealt with Tom and Dan at Marathon. I’m not much of a review person but felt the need to post a review following settling on my new home. Buying a home is stressful and we have all heard the horrible stories about getting a mortgage and closing being a nightmare. Tom and Dan guided us through every step of the process and kept my neurotic tendencies at bay. Everything went along smooth and without a hitch. Thank you both for making a stressful situation not that bad at all. I would highly recommend their company.
