They said the life insurance and unemployment insurance etc was optional and I would not be charged if I chose it. LIE$! I WILL BE CANCELLING IT AND PAYING BACK WHAT I BORROWED IN LESS THAN 30 DAYS! THE BRANCH MANAGER IS A LIAR!

Got the loan in March to send my daughter to Tennessee. That part was the easiest,the funds were in my account within a few days,but trying to get someone on the phone is terrible! I've called numerous times in the last week,left messages. No call back! Someone did answer last Thursday said she was busy and would call me back in 20 minutes. It's now Wednesday the following week! This is a long 20 minutes!!!
