Needed plan documentation for a home closing. The processing time is 3 days plus an additional 5 days for mail time. When asked about faxing or email, I was told that they couldn't for my safty. The is nothing more sensitive about plan information than the statement that is available online. They stated that you can request the document to be uploaded. However they wouldn't commit to it actually being done. They only would only quote the mail time. I have worked for Edward Jones, Wells Fargo and Ameriprise. These were calls I could have completed on the spot.

Really happy with their financial advisory services. They are really honest and helped me find areas of really high fees that my previous advisor had signed me up for.
