I really like it and find the online banking very convenient and saves me from calling them. I am also sure it frees up the tellers from answering the phones all the time due to customers calling for information. I have been with the same bank for a few decades and didn't want to change banks. Good job to all of you ladies past and present for being so patient. Ty
