I took out a loan for a vehicle I no longer even have under my possession. But as I was making payments, somehow I owe now way more than I even purchased for the vehicle. They are destroying my credit and have only been adding more and more onto my payoff balance. I don’t think I’ll ever be able to pay this thing off! Don’t take a loan out here, they only care about the money. The women in the office are very nice, however this has been a headache for me and I don’t even know what to do anymore. I can’t even purchase a home because of this.

Hello me / daughter went with lendmark auto loan my daughter was always on time with the payment The car last her Two years and died. Lendmark did not help her and she could not make a payment being unemployed. Now lendmark send us to court . Please don’t take loan from lendmark at all. All they care is for money and not people

They started off nice and helpful but if u cant make a payment they basically harass you to no end and they even had the gall to say well u have to this day to make a payment so go borrow money like really so unprofessional never gain

Between Alexandra Maceo and Catherine at the East Stroudsburg Branch. You would think it would be in their best interest to help a loyal customer and steer them in a positive direction. I was duped into re financing with worse terms now all my equity is GONE and I owe what I did when I first bought the truck. Don’t let these fast talkers do one over you like they did me. Borrow at your own risk. Never using Scam Mark again. I feel totally taken advantage of. Waste of my time, hard work, and money.
