First National Bank, Sunbury, PA

This bank closes at 4pm Monday thru Thursday and 5pm on Friday. What bank closes that early. My second complaint is about my auto loan. This is not my first auto loan ok. Litterly every auto loan I have ever had has had auto payroll deductions. The payments would come automatically out of my checking account. For some Reason this bank does not do that. You have to open a checking account with this bank. I dont want a checking account with this bank. Extremely inconvenient i have to drive to the bank to make a payment.

Staff are mean. I had an account as a teen working minimum wage. Anytime you went under $180 you got fined like $30. And as a teen it happened a lot. First time with money, I bought a lot of junk. But I probably paid them at least $300/year in fines.

I would NEVER deal with this bank again. Some of their staff member were very insensitive and rude when I was attempting to deal with my grandfather who passed away and refusing to help.

Wonderful people that work there, very polite and know there job!

After calling Monday morning (9:15) first checking online and saw that it said, "usually not too busy" at that time, I said I wanted to open a checking account and could I make an appointment. I was asked to be put on hold and there I sat...for over three minutes. Sorry, but it may not sound like a long time, but waiting for someone to help you out on the phone...it is...
