This review is for Northwest headquarters! The bank from hell! You restrict my account so orders are declined, you restrict our funds at the atm, limiting us to only $600.00, you show false numbers overnight through online banking! You have more control over my funds than I do! That ends today! Today I will be looking for another financial institution! You are the bank from hell!

I recently had issues while obtaining a mortgage that were resolved quickly and kindly at Northwest in Titusville. They were able to answer my questions over the phone and search my vague and outdated information to put my nerves at ease. Thanks!

We kept a safe deposit box here, however since we're moving from the area we stopped in to get our stuff. lol. In other visits everyone has been very friendly and we'll continue to have an account with Northwest but just closer to our new residence.
