As a contractor I deal with tons of different banks. This branch is honestly the worst bank I have ever set foot in. The last time there I was yelled at for reaching for a pen out of the jar of pens. This after walking back to my car to get a mask though I’m vaccinated. After going back to my car because of the sign on the window.....the manager took it down. When I went to complain about being yelled at about the pen I complained to the manager who is just as miserable as the teller. They also aren’t open Wednesday’s. I drive four hours and my customers pay extra money for me two because of the quality of my work. I no longer accept checks from this bank. It’s not worth the hassles or disrespect. My customer this week owes me 3 thousand dollars. She now will have to go to her bank and get cash because of their poor service.
