First Federal Savings & Loan, Uniontown, PA

The only reason why I’m giving this two stars is because everyone else at the bank has always been so kind and helpful. However, last week or so ago I was in with my mom and Cindy was extremely rude. We were having an issue and she literally stomped back and forth. I thought she was going to start yelling at my mother, she had no patience, and just glared at us like we were bothering her. She never once smiled at us. Very unprofessional and rude.

This bank and especially the STAFF are the nicest, most helpful, understanding and compassionate people I have ever dealt with. I have a mortgage with this bank and I just can't believe the service they provide, how helpful they are and especially how available they are. Thank you! Thank YOU! Linda, Markleysburg, PA
