I highly recommend Mariner Finance. The ladies at this branch, Jennifer, Dana, and Angela are true professionals. They worked efficiently to get me an affordable loan at one of the busiest times of the year (Christmas!), that paid off my car and gave me more funds than I originally expected to get me back on track in my life after unexpected family health issues that, unfortunately, got me behind in my finances. I was able to reduce my monthly expenses by about $350.00/month! It’s going to allow me to get back on track, and once I’m back to the stability that I normally have, there’s no penalty for paying off the loan early! It was the best Christmas present! Thank you ladies of Mariner!❤️

Jen was absolutely wonderful. We have worked with her previously and she remembered us and my husband's service dog. I've had loans through Mariner Finance for several years now. Before I took out my first loan with them, I looked up their BBB rating. I saw a lot of complaints, all from people who were upset because Mariner is very aggressive when people fail to repay their obligations. None of those poor ratings were from people who weren't meeting their obligations. Mariner is very easy to deal with and that makes doing business with them very easy. I greatly appreciate that they include disability and accidental death insurance with every loan. They are always very nice to me. If I need to pay a little late, I let them know as soon as possible, and they're okay as long as I don't make it a habit. It's the same as any financial obligation - you take it on of your own volition, no one forces you to take out a loan, and you promise to repay it, so if you break your promises, you only have yourself to blame. If circumstances are beyond your control, they do work with you. In many respects, they aren't any different from any other lender, but I think they are much more friendly than many financial institutions I have done business with.

I tried applying online to see if I pre-qualified. I’m like 99% through the application. All of a sudden the system went down. I try logging back in I can’t get through nothing works when I try doing another application a day later I keep getting a message I have already applied in the past 30 days!. GREAT ONLINE PROCESS!!

Dana was very helpful and good at assisting me with my loan as she was on my previous loan before I Highly recommend mariner to anyone who needs a loan !
