I received a phone call from Ann A. concerning my application and she walked me through some questions I needed to answer to make sure that it was really me seeking a loan verses any type of fraud happening. Ann A. was very clear and precise on what she needed from me and she did a great job of explaining what the questions were for. After our conversation, she helped me get my loan. I do have to say, that through the phone sometimes it is hard to tell what kind of person you are talking to, but Ann A. made me feel very comfortable. She was very kind and sincere. I am very happy to have worked with her.

We took advantage of a late summer opportunity from Anthony/Sylvan Pools to renovate our pool. Several financing companies were offered by Anthony/Sylvan, and we chose PowerPay. We submitted our application and the very next day were approved. Our contact person at PowerPay is Kim Lee. I’m sure each representative at PowerPay is excellent, but I think we got one of their best. Kim has walked us through each stage of the renovation and returns our calls immediately if we have questions. Even when she was out ill with Covid, she returned our calls when her office informed her of our call. If you choose PowerPay for your financing, ask if your rep can be Kim Lee. You will be glad you did. There are many advantages to using PowerPay. They are experienced with the renovation process, offer different loan and repayment options, and coordinate with the assigned Anthony/Sylvan representative. Payments are released from PowerPay directly to Anthony/Sylvan as each renovation phase is completed. Kim worked with Susan White from A/S and we never had to worry about payments. Our renovation is completed and PowerPay paid the balance to Anthony/Sylvan. We will begin repaying our loan in November. Also, because PowerPay works directly with Anthony/Sylvan, the loan is strictly for pool work purposes only. Our pool looks great, Anthony/Sylvan workman were professional and pleasant, and we feel that PowerPay had our backs if we had experienced any problems.

My name is Kevin. I would like to let you guys know that Maryjane is the best. 2 years ago I had a credit score of 800. A few days ago I filed for bankruptcy. This situation devastated my life. Maryjane made me feel like a person instead of just another customer on the other end of a phone conversation. In this day in time it is important that we all be nice to one another. She did a great job at giving me information about paying my bill and not giving up hope on a crazy situation. Thanks Maryjane. She needs to teach a seminar on customer service or place her in your Human Services dept because she will help you all select the best person for the job.

Ann A has been great to work with. She has been helpful in obtaining updates on my project from door company since completion was delayed due to receiving damaged product and had to be reordered. With Ann’s persistence and follow up, I will finally get some answers that I should have received from door company.

Ann A. Was most informative & helpful on the phone. My husband had a stroke 4 years ago & sometimes he is unable to communicate clearly. Ann called back several times to get his information completed and was most gracious about the matter. I appreciated her kindness. I have not used this company before and am most pleased so far.
