Friendly and efficient. Very clear about each step in loan process and fast closing.

Well u get a small loan and they make u pay back thousands on top .not only that if ur late on payment they blow up ur phone .no other banks do that this week 2 different people from there called me and bugged me about it. And I told the one guy on Wednesday I'm sending the money out on Friday so another person calls me today asking about the money. I dont advise anyone to get loans from this place .

First of all when you go get your first loan through them it's never a secured loan. but if you go to either have that loan rewote or to apply for another one then it has to be a secured loan. You call Warren you get told several different things. Then you called the actual branch and they tell you total different things than what the other office told you.them they are rude and disrespectful and give you misleading information. I would not go there. Find another bank

Would not recommend god forbid you're 1 day late on a payment they will blow your phone up continuously. The blonde that works there her attitude needs adjusting. Her manners are rude, she snaps at you when you ask any questions and the voicemails she leaves on your phone seems like shes going to come thru your phone and strangle you, literally. Go figure why everyone I've had go there to get a loan walks right back out. Do Not Recommend. You can get loans elsewhere with people with better attitudes and no threats!!!!

Not too bad. They can be pushy at times. Otherwise they alright. One thing and reason why i put in three stars.. There no loyalty program. They take a long time to processes loan. If you did get loan. They never call to tell you.

I have always had the best experience working with my local OneMain Financial people. They got the initial stuff done over the phone and all I had to do was go in and sign papers and leave. They ask if you want their extra stuff and if you say no, they just move on, no badgering you about it. Definitely recommend!!
