I made an appointment with Anthony to discuss a personal loan. He was extremely personable and happy to help. He took the time to ask questions and understand exactly what my needs were. The result of his dedication to his job was even better than I anticipated. I walked out in a far better financial situation, and got some sweet Chrome swag too!! Chrome really does care about their members, and people like Anthony make that abundantly clear. I’d highly recommend Chrome FCU to anyone seeking a better-than-banking experience.

If you don't mind having fraudulent charges on your account every few months and having to deal with getting new debit cards and then fighting with the bank and Google or the internet stores to get your money back to actually in the end never get your money back and instead owing the bank $1-500 more than you lost because of the charges they continue to add to your account then be my guest and open an account here me and my wife had our own accounts and then we had a joint account and all 3 accounts were hit multiple times over the years of using them and some times we got our money back most the time we didn't but they would give us the fees back sometimes this last time we lost $600 in fraudulent charges on Google which we didn't get back and fought for almost a whole yr and still didn't get it back and even though our account had a freeze on it they kept adding charges to the account (and they didn't even call and tell us) so when we went in to just pay the original -$68 and close the account because we were tired of dealing with them they informed us now we owed them $423 because the fees so not only did we lose the original $600 we also lost $423 so it cost us over $1,000 for their laziness and apparently terrible security on your bank cards and accounts good luck

Chrome out of Washington has been outstanding Anthony he is just all my goodness you couldn't ask for a better employee he help me in Every Witch Way when I went in didn't think I was going to get much but I came out with a whole bunch more people that care people that worry about what's going on in your life they listen to everything you have to say and you come out with more than what you went in with and boy did I feel real warm and fuzzy I've never been treated like that at a bank ever yes I would refer Chrome Credit Union yes I do and if you get a chance say hi to Anthony he's awesome

We had an appointment at Chrome Federal Credit Union and we were greeted by Anthony right on time ! He was very pleasant and extremely helpful with our issues! Besides helping us in a timely manner, he was pleasant and carried on a conversation with us and got our situation taken care of quickly and efficiently! We will see him again Monday so he can help us even further to save money and finalize our business! We have been members of Chrome for a very long time and recommend this credit Union very highly! Amanda was so helpful with setting up my new account. She made the process quick and painless, plus I actually had a nice time setting up the account. I could not have asked for better help my with my account.
