First Heritage Federal Credit Union, Wellsboro, PA

I love the wellsboro branch!! They are so nice and super helpful! I went in because my debit wasn't working and they were able to print me off a new one and it took less then 5 minutes!!

Staffed by people who don't know what they are doing. I went in and couldn't resolve my issue. I called the main office in Painted Post and it took me maybe two minutes.

Go to north west.... credit just dropped do to the money my wife deposited 2 days ago still isn't in my account to pay my credit card...

Wouldnt waste my time here. Go to the one in mansfield. Wellsboro staff are rude and literally ignore customers. I watched 7 cars try to go through drive through at 845. Because their drive though has always opened at 830 on Saturday. Both staff are sitting there doing absolutely nothing. But getting paid.

I am very pleased with First Heritage. My Credit Union at our local Hospital blended with First Heritage and I was concerned. I did not know the staff or anything anoyt this credot union. I must say how wonderful All the staff is. There really is no room for improvement. I love the convience of a drive up window also. We were not able to have that at my former site. Great job, FHFC!
