OneMain made it extremely simple for me to get a loan. They contacted me before I even stepped foot into their door to tell me everything I would need to bring with me. After I was accepted for the loan, they had everything ready and organized so all I had to do was sign the papers and walked me through all the papers to explain everything.

The girls at One Main in Wellsboro did an awesome job getting me a loan even with the troubles they were having with corporate computers. They were very easy going and you can joke around with them. Very pleased.

One star is way to much for this office .very frustrated.on how rude and unprofessional they were.started out first conversation and application fine then went down hill from there waited by phone for two hours for a promised call back then waited all weekend Monday I contacted them was told by someone oh yea we called you twice early Friday morning good one I didn't even talk to anyone til late Friday knew nothing of the application was passing the call onto someone else..it's not a matter of being turned down it's the rudeness clueless unprofessional treatment by staff
