OneMain Financial, West Mifflin, PA

Becareful of this company. They will skrew you over. They will violate the federal cares act that is federal law. They will destroy your credit worthiness knowingly and Willingly for their gain.

I went through 4 different employees. My original guy Mitch unfortunately went on vacation during the process. Next I spoke with his manager Blake, he was awesome. Blake walked me through everything and bent over backwards to make this work before my loan application expired. Unfortunately I couldn't have the money directly deposited I to my account because it was brand new and wasn't able to be accessed. Blake sent me to the west Mifflin store and they were also great! I had the manager Nick work with me and he expedited my loan application and got me a check the same day. Lastly I spent a out 5 minutes with KY and she ended up handing me a check and sent me on my way!

There definitely seems to be a racial preference at this location. How about teaching your employees what diversity and business ethics are? Why treat people of color worst than any of your other customers? Why practice illegal tactics? I dealt with Adam and manager Nick.

Everyone was very professional especially Marcus. At no time did I feel uncomfortable needing to take out a loan. I would not hesitate to refer friends or family if they were in need of a loan to One Main Financial.

I filled out an online loan application, part of which asked if I had a vehicle, to which I answered no. I was approved for a loan, but when I went to provide documentation, it required vehicle information. I called about this, and was told I could only be approved for a secured loan, which requires a vehicle being offered as collateral. So not only did I not receive a loan, my credit took a hit because they did a check and because I was denied a loan, even though I told them during the application process that I didn’t have a vehicle.

The whole experience was flawless, from the online application process to the closing process. The staff was helpful and took the stress out of my life

This is our third loan over the past 5-6 years with OneMain, and they have been great. The staff is courteous and willing to help in every way.

Everything was very transparent, they worked with my time/schedule, and gave excellent customer service. Would recommend.
