If you are building a house with Wayne Homes then please do yourself a favor and don't use this bank! I am building a house with Wayne Homes and I am having major structural problems, wayne homes does not want to fix it and I called the bank to see if they would be able to help me out in any way possible. I never would of thought that my wife would have gotten the response that she did from one of the people who work there. She was told "it doesn't matter if it's right or wrong, we just need to know it's complicated." Mad did I not like the way that sat with me. So I haven't gotten any help from the bank other than the fact that they love taking my money and have been for over a year even tho they have hardly payed anything out themselves. So I think that if you are building with Wayne Home the best thing to do is not use a bank that has more intrest in the home builders, but have the most intrest in the home buyer!! Also you don't want to use anyone who has a company slogan that is "it doesn't matter if it's right or wrong, we just need to know it's complicated." Just so that everyone knows it has been four months since I originally posted this review and I had a call originally and was supposed to get some information as to what the bank can do for me... well I am still waiting on that call.

Company is garbage. We don’t receive statements in a timely manner. No online payment option. They won’t send a payoff letter to the closing company I am working with. I can’t reach a person that can help. Voice messages aren’t returned promptly.
