Lendmark Financial Services LLC, Whitehall, PA

I contacted Lendmark for a small used auto loan as I have had a previous loan with them before. After submitting the loan information and vehicle info that I was interested in. I chatted with someone who told me that they would process and get back to me. A week later and I heard nothing and the vehicle I had interest is was sold. So before I get the standard generic auto responds of "We apologize you had a negative experience. Please contact your local branch for further assistance." I would like to say that Lendmark isn't very professional in my opinion and doesn't respond back. So if a company has no interest in working out a loan with me, I no longer have interest in that company. Update - After sending out an email to support I have not heard anything back. So I would still stand by my opinion of this place is very unprofessional.

Friendly..yes they are. Helpful NOT.i NEEDED a very small loan so would not lose my home. Because I work (steady) for a temp agency they would not give me the loan. Its steady income and that is discrimation against how I make a living. Asked a family member to help and they said she needed collateral which I didn't so together we asked and were still denied. Imagine income of 50k a year asking for 2k loan and were denied. Now I'm at risk losing my home. Just don't agree that they could have helped.

Denise was wonderful to work with. She took the time to make sure my consolidation loan was processed correctly and in a manner that would work best for me and my financial goals. I would do business with them again.

Friendly I'll say that but disorganized. I have had my load for 2 yrs got a car for 6500 I wanted to pay off early so 2 yrs before and come find out I would save a 1000.00 not even worth it. They also pushed this tow coverage which seem good till today when needed to use its worth less could of saved on my monthly payment and got AAA for less and better coverage and my coverage expires in yr but have 2 yrs left on loan total rip off

Don’t waste your time. Staff seem very unorganized. Same day answer on applications seems false. Never got a straightforward answer on my application and had to call continuously to get updates.

My debt got out of control and I had to enroll everything in a program and lendmark refused to work with the program and they are suing md instead.
