Don't try making any purchases around Christmas time they will deny your card I've had nothing but issues since I've went to this bank I do not recommend

Choice One is one of the last real credit unions. They truly care about their customers. The employees are always friendly and helpful. Any time I’ve had a problem or questions regarding my account it was resolved swiftly. The loan department is also great! The loan officer I worked with was communicative through the entire process and they got me a great rate on my auto loan.

Every time you walked in there and one of those “lady at the front desk” Not one person (if you can say person) with a nice attitude. Maybe they need to hire people with better customer service and less menopause. You go in to make a payment or withdraw money from your own account and is like if your taking money out of there own account and the attitude is just beyond nastiness. You get a card from then for a reason and still they want more.. Oh, and DID I forget to mention one of this lady’s papercut my forearm because she decided to throw my id, and some paperwork I brought with me and even her pen. And her exact words; I won’t deal with this people, I won’t take this people “this people” Hispanic and Black. More humanity and less racism is what we need. Racism is to the roof in that place, if your black or Hispanic this are not the people for you. Go somewhere else. Trust and believe that this will be the last time we’re making any type of business with this credit union. Don’t even bother to go and try to tell the “manager” he won’t do nothing because employees are always right, but racist.

I have dealt with a few people in regards to loans also. Joe Dolan is always a help in any way he can. The tellers are also very helpful when ever I go in to do banking. I would also like to add the fraud protection is one of the best. They are very quick to protect my accounts.

I've had some difficult business to handle and the staff at Choice One were great and very helpful. They guided me through the process. They have also been great with my regular banking needs. Highly recommend!

I’ve been a member with this bank since 2006 and I’ve never had any issues. The staff is always super friendly and helpful. After being a member here since I was 12 I opened an account for my son here also. Highly recommend taking your banking needs here. -Kelsie Adam

I love having Choice One Community Credit Union as my bank. I enjoy visiting because the bank is always neat and clean. The staff are always so happy to see you. I love how the staff asks how I’m doing as they are working on my transaction. I am extremely satisfied with my decision to move to Choice One.

Everyone at this branch has gone above and beyond for me.They are always friendly and make you feel welcome. I consider them like one of my family because they treat you as such..I do not live in the Wilkes Barre area and am closer to the Old Forge and Plains area but I drive the extra miles because I feel at home here..
