They allowed someone to open an account under my name and will not answer my phone calls.

Allowed someone to open an account in my name. Can't get ahold of a human.

My last review somehow got deleted. This bank doesn't deserve a single star. Unprofessional, unethical and immoral practices to say the least. I had one of their agents actually call me a bad person and bad landlord because my property had hail damage. The fact their executive team has no one that oversees their customer service is probably their systematic problem. Don't let the name fool you.

This bank branch has been with my family for years now. And I just set up my first debit visa with them, the girl helping me was very professional and very patient with all my questions I had towards my account. I totally recommend this place and ignore the old reviews, staff are funny, clean, and respectful. The personal banker that helped me was Julisa Rodriguez. ✨100/100✨
