Buying our first house with limited(absolutely no cash downpayment) funds was a scary thought. My wife and I tried various options on how to come up with the money for a down payment but with a limited budget and with 3 children, it was almost impossible. Our Realtor had given me a list of potential mortgage lenders and the people who I could directly contact. John from Atlantic Home Loans was the first person in the list, so I went in order. I was hesitant at first to give out our info again to another lender do to our credit reports being hit numerous times previously from our failed attempts but John was very optimistic about our chances of getting approved for 100% financing. Well after the initial given info he needed, he called me and said we were pre qualified! Yes!!! That was great news. Again he and his company needed more in-depth info from my wife and I to become pre approved so the chase was on for all needed paperwork. Well after a few deadends and disappointments(no fault of John or AHL), we closed on our property and now own our house.!!!.
