So far so good, got a car finance there and although i knew the interest rate would be higher due to no credit at all to bad credit they did finance me. There a new customer service people there that are friendly also. Never had to deal with the other people and hoping i never have to. If my car brakes i fix it myself. I got a question. Why are people asking these guys to fix your car? That's the dealership's job. And once your warranty is over it's over. These people just handle the finances. Anyway, just remember they're there ti make money like everyone else. If your credit is bad your choices are limited.

I've been dealing with them for about a year now and have been completely satisfied with their customer service and understanding. I was late on one payment and needed sometime and they were just so understanding and didn't make me feel like I was going to lose my car over it. I feel secure and confident with them.

This company is very unprofessional. The old lady behind the counter not sure if she still working there is miserable rude and shouldn't be working in this type of industry. Buyer beware. Stay clear from this company. After vehicle was paid off they reported to my credit bureau saying I still owed $6,000. Took pulling teeth to get it removed after 3 years. The ballooninterest type of financing, will leave you paying high interest every month with very little towards principal. I financed over half a dozen cars in my lifetime, and this company by far is the worst I've ever accounted. Again buyer beware.

Horrible place to deal with all they care about is getting paid for the car and thats all. They put rims on my car that have a lock and never provided the key to remove the rims. Now i have a flat and they cannot help with the issue of removing the rims oh and not to mention the spare tire is unusable. I do not recommend this place to anyone i regret even using them for purchasing a car. He is sending me to a kia dealership for the key to the rims. The rims dont even belong to Kia. Blackstone Finance is very helpful in the beginning while your still on their warrenty but the momment your no longer on it your on your own. Did not expect them to fix and pay for my flat tire just to be more helpful when it came down to this situation. I do not recommend that anyone use this place at all.

Don't bother dealing with this company. They will make your financial savings deplete very fast. Where should I start? Blackstone has said they help people with bad credit, or no credit. True, but what is not said is how they prey on those people to stick them with outrageously high interest rates. My fiancé and I have purchased two vehicles from them. The first was okay, with them promising after it was paid off the interest on another vehicle would be less. NOOOOOOOOOO, NOOOOOO, big mistake, I was lured into trading in my older vehicle for a newer one even though it wasn't completely paid off. Putting us on the upside-down. The amount of older vehicle was then tacked on to the newer vehicle. Fast-forward seven years. Experiencing financial difficulties, we have fallen behind. Fallen behind, but always manage to make the payments, just a little late and never more than a month behind. You would think after so many years with this company they would help in finding a solution. Nooooo!!!!! The person in charge of the payment department is Brian. Brian is unprofessional with the mentality of a street thug. He has no work ethics, bad mouths his co-workers and has a "I don't give a F&^% attitude. It's his way or no way. His solution to solve other people's financial difficulties are shutting the vehicle off. We have reached out multiple times to resolve this matter in anyway with no avail. We have even asked to lower the payment, even if it meant paying a little longer. Sometimes you have to do what you have to do. Unfortunately, Brian with the " I don't give a F&#k mentality" couldn't help resolve a thing. Let me just clarify this also, this is just one of our many complaints we have to say.. We can go on, but I don't have enough time or space here. It is sad that one rotten apple will make the whole batch bad, because there are a few good people at Blackstone. Save yourself the headache, and look for another financing company. There are lots of them out there with a lot lower interest rates.

Just finished a 4 year loan, they where great throughout that time. Covid took a toll and they worked with me. Highly recommended.
