I frequent this pawn shop often, I flip my gold here and their very fair when selling scrap gold. They sell nice pieces of jewelry but they sell fast sometimes. Theirs only 2 shops I would visit and this is one of them!! Thank you for doing business with me I appreciate it.

I've been a customer for almost 30 years. I buy my jewelry at Empire Loan and I've pawned items there. Their customer service is top notch! Chrissy at Empire Loan is the best! I've known her for many years and she's always smiling and she knows exactly what like in jewelry. I highly recommend this place for buying and pawning. As of today 4/4/2022 Empire Loan on Broad St in Providence is still my favorite place. Chrissy... Awesome!

They’re very professional and help you get top dollar for your gold unlike their competitors who’s only goal is to make money from you. Their loans payments are reasonable and affordable. I’ve dealt business with them for over 10 years. This business is awesome.

Wow Beware entering this place. Had really bad experience with them. Will spare you the long story. Bottom line: Don’t blink. Don’t let them walk across the other counter with your item.
