Mobile app is trash. Transferred money from external account does not be deposited into my account until weeks later but so quick to take money out from my citizens bank account. Fast to take our money from external accounts but not as fast being transferred. Went to ATM to deposit instead and ATM was down like many other times I have went. Does not want to give me my 401k as to be transferred to my new 401k retirement plan.

Jen the worker was extremely rude, hung up the phone after practically cussing out a customer. What kind of bank is this where customers aren't respected? In what world do you curse a customer and and tell her you are going t hang up? Customer service training needed.

I opened this credit union account in the summer, the atm card has never worked which is problematic because my whole check is deposited.
I came in upon realizing this (you know when I was traveling and the card didn’t work and I had no money). They said it was fixed. You must repeatedly place your number in a machine that looks like the first of its kind, EVER. Went out to the lobby to withdraw some cash, nope, doesn’t work, but I’m late for work now.
Went into another branch when I’m back from traveling and they attempt to fix it with the odd 1st gen machine. I am in there for 90 minutes because the machine is so old and will not take the code. The service rep says go out to the lobby and make sure it works. Guess what, the atm is down.
I go to a regular atm to make sure I’ll have cash when I am traveling for work and they assess fees FOR CHECKING MY BALANCE.
I call CS to get those fees returned and two different reps hang up the phone on me.
I went onto my company website and changed my direct deposit and will, on Monday, pull out all of my savings.
The lot of them are extremely unhappy. I am going back to Harvard Federal Employees Credit Union

Worst bank ever. Their policies make no sense. No two branches follow the same rules. Tammy is rude and speaks to her customers like children. Their online banking is useless. They claim to have to do everything in person. Maybe of they updated their technology they wouldn't have a problem. The only bank where I can't access my account online and do anything. Closing my accounts so I never have to go there again.

I got into my account so I can pay my car loan, but I dont like how RI credit union wants to access my personal bank account. Thats all my personal account going to them. Why can I access my account at the credit union and pay with a debit or my routing and account number. Its like they dont want to have you pay your loan in an easy process.
