On two separate occasions the teller miscounted my money multiple times and gave me attitude when I had the correct amount. The staff is cold and impersonal except for the younger teller. I am never coming back.

RICU is the best financial institution in our State. (Note: FDIC banks are great for CDs and money markets.) We older folks remember that the Credit Union opened several days after the 1991 banking crisis; while other credit unions went belly up, and screwed depositors out of lots of money! In terms of rates, policies and customer service, they are simply the best for credit cards, loans, checking and everyday banking. As to Kingston Branch, Nancy the manager, Lisa the assistant manager and all of the staff are competent, hardworking and nice people. With all due respect, people who leave a one-star review without any narrative or context should be read with a large grain of salt!
