One star for them is too much, but I new soon as I walked into this Shitizens Bank it was not going to go well. Lets just say a guetto vibe right off. So I'm there to cash a check from a local store and they wanted $7.00 to cash it. Really, they have a right it skim money off a contract of monies payable to me? It is there job to honor their customers holdings and debt payed in full via check. Thy have no right to interfere with collection of a debt or percentage of a debt payable in full. They are in contract to there customers and have no authority to interfere with customers of customers and there written contract. When I endorse a check it is an agreement to receipt of monies to me on behalf of there customer. So the long and short of it is if you bank with these people you are dealing with scum.

Told me they couldn’t get my debit card out of the atm that ate it while I was trying to deposit my paycheck, said it will be 4 days until I’ll have my debit card. They then said to take all my money out of my account so I will have access to my money, so yeah I’ll take all my money out and move on over to a new bank I think.

Only an ATM drive thru here, but it's a nice big place on the inside.

The bank tellers are extremely rude. They don't want to help at all. This is the worst Branch I have ever dealt with

I just wanted to start by saying a huge shout out to Brittany at this location. She was able to help me file a fraud claim on my checking account in little to no time. She was so nice and understanding about the entire situation and within only a few days the problem was solved. I felt so stupid falling victim to a scam and she was more than reassuring which helped me calm down. I would highly recommend this bank to anyone.
