Mercedes at the Wyoming branch was extremely helpful. We had some trouble with the coin counter and she was very patient at helping us through it.

The most helpful bank ever. They even went to the car dealership for me with paperwork. They are always great on the phone. I don't know who wanted to charge you $70, unless there is a problem getting a new card that fast. I just wait for it.

Not sure what's up with the bad reviews, but i have had a great experience with wccu. I have my auto loan and heloc there. Great rates friendly staff, good service. My only bad experience was with a home loan, the staff member i was working with would always overpromise and under deliver, had to nag him to get anything done. Took so long i ended up going elsewhere because they couldn't get it done. Otherwise no problems.
