Excellent customer service! The owner was very professional, friendly and helpful. He was very candid about the shop’s pricing process, and he patiently and candidly worked with me to come to a valuation agreement for my items, one that felt genuinely fair for both of us. Coming back to retrieve my pawned item was simple and straightforward, every step was aboveboard, all my questions were answered thoroughly and I left very satisfied with the entire process. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone needing to pawn or to sell an item, or anyone who’s thought of doing so but was put off by negative pawn shop stereotypes - clean bright shop, very friendly and professional dealings, customer service above and beyond!

Have always had nothing but the best customer service with all the staff at this business. Not only are they more than fair but they will go above and beyond to make sure your 100% happy. Have always been kind and curtious and most important of all have worked with me to see that I had time to get my loan paid up when funds became a little tight. Very happy with their service and would recommend them in a second.

The owners are great people although the employee who helped me is a fake person, he doesn’t know how to communicate properly in a customer service setting. Sad to see at a place I often buy and lend from.

SOMEONE...that works there will Damage your property. The Owner is Extremely Rude and will call you a liar and Threaten to report you for false accusations.... The Owner is Very unprofessional and Ignorant. Do not trust them with your Electric Bike. Someone that works there decided to remove all but 1 of the 7 screws out of my rear brake. And The Electric Horn on my bike is Broken.

The owner was professional and very knowledgeable. I had numerous pieces of women's jewelry and he took the time to go through each one and with surprising speed! He knows his trade. A locally owned business, I highly recommend this establishment. Good and fair pricing for gold and silver. You won't be disappointed.
