Best bank / credit union EVER!!! Only showed ID once because they get to know you and help you in every way they can. I have had many accounts and car loans through them over the years and never have I had a problem that they didn't quickly and politely resolve. Great work Rogue!

Good banking but phones have been down for two solid months. I've told managers but they refuse to fix. And I work the hours they are open so I have no way to go in and ask the question unneeded to ask. Plus their mobile banking app kicks you out after using it a few times then locks your card after it tells you the password was CORRECT thinking of switching banks but have no way to get ahold of them. Customer service is nothing but rude also.

They have gone downhill in the last couple of years. I transferred one loan away from them and the last loan I took elsewhere. I still have one loan with them and have to put up with there incompetent customer service. My online account could not retrieve my information. I called customer service just like it said to do. The lady couldn't do anything about it. She said its managed by a third party and they couldn't help me. So instead of getting in a fight over the phone. I hung up and wrote a review. If this keeps up, I'm going to find a new bank.

I have 2 car loans and a credit card with rogue after my daughter was born i fell on hard times and got really behind on everything. Everyone here are understanding and helpful. I kept in touch with them and let them know what i could do and they kept working with me helping me not lose everything. I wouldn't go anywhere else to bank.

I have been with this credit union since for almost 20 years. They have been nothing but outstanding. From checking to vehicle loans, I’ve had wonderful service and have always had a friendly smile when I go in.
