Horrible customer service. They don't even greet you when you walk in. The person that sits at the desk on the left as soon as you walk in that is suppose to help you gives you a very ghetto attitude(rolling of the neck and trying to be smart in an not so intelligent way). Very unprofessional. I was okay with what she said it was just her persona that was horrible when she said it. Any branch is probably better than this one. Don't waste your time.

Shikina is the best! Everyone here makes a great team, great smiles, and speedy service. Always there when needed.

My husband had a loan there and the payback was ROBBERY. They should be closed down how they are ripping people off. Make them your last resort and pay back early.

So far I've made 2 payments to this company. I will not say anything bad about the staff because they are actually nice to me but they are not reporting that I'm making payments and my credit score is not being updated....

I spoke with Cynthia at the Aiken branch and she was very pleasant with a cheerful personality. I have been a customer there before and they all are so nice and professional; and will do their best to assist you in any way they can. Keep up the good work. Thank you, Williemae Anderson
