Jessica is rude, disruptive, doesn't do what she says she's going to and hangs up on her customers if they are getting the least bit aggravated. Further more she's telling me to stop being rude when I'm talking calmly. I simply asked why I didn't receive a call back when I was told I would yesterday. As well as they never started my application for what I asked. Needless to say I do not suggest this company anymore. The employees need much more training on phone calls if they can't deal with people.

This was initially & continues 2 b a really good place 2 go when need a hand up. The staff r all-around great, friendlly, professional people who hav always treat'd me with respect, actually listen & r far mor low-key than high-pressure. I wud classify that as the epitome of success & wil happily pursue additional business ventures with them n future shud the need arise. ••Yup, this is a real review by a real person with a very real car loan••
