You have to stand outside with gnats flying around and speak to someone thru an envelope/deposit drop slot. There are other people standing on the sidewalk as well shouting their personal information thru the same slot. No privacy, personal information free to be heard by anyone. They have mask mandated signs posted but still deny access to the building. Completely absurd to have to stand outside and sweat to handle personal business!!!!

The ladies at Lendmark have ALWAYS been some of the most outstanding people I have ever met. They are always happy to see us, and are extremely personable over the phone. We have had multiple loans through them and they just helped us with a vehicle purchase. Every experience from a simple payment to a loan process is a genuine pleasure as these ladies will go above and beyond to make sure you assess your needs, weigh the options, and can afford the payment.
