They are getting 3 stars because of the finance section. The staff that was their was 100% helpful to me and each other. But to be offered 3k and have to pay back 18k over 3 years is ridiculous. Whoever sent that offer needs to be fired. Horrible service on that end.

As a second review due to them deleting the first one; They broke laws retrieving my vehicle. No communication, was hung up on and not given information when my vehicle was towed on where it was so I could get my son's car seat, they also released it within the hour to the auction house almost two hours away, and now are giving me the runaround getting my personal affects. They are thieves and will quite literally be reported on state and federal leveI,, and will be sued.

Dillion was great today. Very friendly and knowledgeable, very informative throughout the entire process. Will definitely recommend others to come here.
