First time when they sent me a real check for $1,000.00 back in 2021 I believe it was in August first thing in my mind do I really want the money and pay them back it a short term loan when I went to the office and talk to them the lady explain the whole thing to me she just told me as long u pay them back on time they will not charge u on late fee,so I went ahead and took the $1,000.00 and deposit at my bank when I went in to pay my payment Bryan the store manager he was cool and explain the whole process to me on paying my payment after I pay them off in January of 2022 I was pretty happy about it I ask Bryan if I ever need the money again I will go back with Always Money now they sent me other real check for $1,200.00 it the same thing from last August.i would definitely recommend everyone or everybody to Always Money if u need the money.

I give a 1 star rating due to aggressive collection tactics. I start receiving phone calls 3-4 days before the loan is due. I received 8 phone calls on the loan due date from two different numbers that I traced to the business. I am paying the loan off early and will not do business with them again.

Great Place to get a Title loan. Will talk you through the process and show you how you can save money. Friendly atmosphere and great customer service.

I do not recommend anyone to go to this place for a title loan.The people that works there are disrespectful.They call early in the mornings when I be in the bed from working third shift.The guy there has a very nasty mouth and attitude.

I have used them before and have never had an issue receiving my loan. However today, whoever was servicing me was not helpful. Always Money site states they only need a bank statement within the past 30 days. It is only April 28 and the woman refuses to take the statements provided from my bank from March. Which is the only statements available at the moment. However, there was a woman beside me using a March statement and it was accepted for documentation.
