The people that run this office should be terminated. Very unprofessional! They had me send all of my paperwork including Tax filings and tell me they cant use UBER as an income, KNOWING that was my only income! I do not recommend ONE MAIN FINANCIAL! They are liars and scammers! (Reply to reply) You had the opportunity to explain, but you told me the underwriters made the decision and "Uber cant be used as a verifiable income." After asking if it can be used and you said "yes it could. Long as you filed it in your taxes", which I did. On top of it all. I HAD TO REACH OUT TO YOU FOR AN ANSWER. YOU NEVER GAVE ME AN ANSWER until I called a day later after Patrick telling me it only takes a couple of hours. It was a really unprofessional messy situation.

Been with Main One for over two years and never late or missed a payment. Referred a friend and ask for referral fee and received nasty response from staff. Eventually we’re told to go to another loan company and pay us off if you want to. Very unprofessional. Spoke with another office with another office whom had no issue.

This is a great company if you need money and your credit is not the best. They were very nice to me and fast. I got my money within a day. They were very easy to work with.

Always had a great experience with this branch. People that work there are very professional and sensitive to your needs. They work within your budget and try to find the best option.

First visit to this financial institution today. Figured I’d try a local American Owned business before going abroad or Charlotte, NC to “Ukrainian Federal Credit Union” which will do what it takes and save you headaches to earn your business. I will never do business with “LastMainFinancial”. Tania the manager is the rudest employee/worker/lady I’ve ever had the displeasure of working with. It was so unpleasant that I’m tempted to stop doing business with all American institutions due to the impeding financial collapse in the US Economy

The people in the office was trying to sell me accident, life insurance, the man in there name Patrick got mad at me because i would not take it out. Telling me my income was tight little did he no i have three other income coming in. But its not his business. They can keep there money. I will do business somewhere else. They are so rude.

Very professional, helpful workers, will go above an beyond to help you. I have worked with them several times an they always go to bat for me. 5 star service!
