A little disappointed. The computer system caused a delay for two days. I almost changed my mind. The manager and staff however was very good to work with. I expected better on the company end to fix those issues.

Never had an issue when Chuck was there and the new regime is very helpful also. If I had an issue paying on time they worked it out . I've been with them since I moved to Lugoff in 2005. May not be the best rate but if I needed money they came through.

They have always treated my husband and I with a friendly respectful attitude. They just need to work on taking payments over the phone or on internet.
