Strongly not recommended!!!!! Bad attitude, unprofessional. Did not pass my VA inspection in mid Nov, because of the exhaust was leaking. So I brought it to "Discount Tire & Auto Service". I was being treated fair when i came in for service. After few hours, I was told the car was fixed. It was late of the day, so I drove my car back to the store where I had inspection few days after since i have to work. It surprised me again, they told me the exhaust was still leaking. So I thought it must still be okay if I brought my car back Discount"Discount Tire & Auto Service", because they did not completely fixed the exhaust. Guess what I was told when I showed the receipt to the cashier （he might be the manager), His first respond was: "there was no warranty on the repair". COME ON!! I haven't told you what was going on, and you were ready to shirk your responsibility? I pretend I didn't hear him, and explained to him that the exhaust was not completely fixed. So he told me again, "There was not warranty on the repair, but they can take a look at it. " "Okay, can you look at it now?" "no, we don't have time to look at it today, all technicians are BUSY!" ***I doubt it..because he did not check the book, did not look at the computer, did not check with technicians. "you can come back tomorrow morning, then we can look at it" then he walked out the door. When I asked when will be the best time to come back. He walked out the door without any notice, and he looked like very upset of me. （I have no clued why!!) So what made me to write this review is the following reason: I looked around the service room over the window while he was not there. I saw: TWO TECHNICIANS, ONE IS PLAYING THE PHONE WITH HIS EARPHONE. The OTHER ONE WAS WALKING AROUND, TAKING HIS TIME. Yea, they are very busy, busy on relaxing. I told the cashier when he came back, and told him that the technicians did not look busy at all. He just acted like he does not want to talk to me any more, and at the end, he told me to come back tomorrow morning with very cool sounds. And then walked out the door again. . . . . . . I dont recommend this place, there is anther Korean auto repair in Annandale is much better than this one. Wont come back any more.

I should have read all the reviews before I went to this place. Dishonest and unprofessional. My car failed inspection today. They said I have a problem with tires and windshield wiper is not working. Wiper was working well before I went there but after inspection it was not working. Tires looked not that bad. OK. I asked price for tires and their price was so bad.. haha.. it was 1.5 times the price of costco for same tires. I asked if they can check why the wiper is not working and they said they cannot at that time because of schedule and told me to leave the car. I said I would leave and think about it and the technician said the wiper is now working. WHAT? Never will go this place again and strongly not recommend. There are many other auto shops in Centreville.

Andy in the office took care good care of me. Had two screws in my tire, took care of both but only charged me for one. Quick and easy transaction!
