I reached out to Luke late on a Friday afternoon for a pre-qualification letter, and he woke up at 7am Saturday morning to prepare it for me. He always answered his phone and replied to my text messages immediately. My wife and I purchased new construction and unfortunately we had to use the preferred lender in order to receive closing costs, but it saddened us not to have the opportunity to continue working with Luke.
