Entire process was quick and efficient and easy. It didn't take much in the way of paperwork and the various personnel involved in the process are very knowledgeable and quick to respond. It took me a while to understand the numbers but they were patient and made sure I understood before we proceeded. This is the first business loan I have ever taken out but they made it a pleasure. Would definitely recommend SnapCap.

Very disappointing with the service provided by their executive accountant. He missed our initial phone appointment without apologizing nor providing a reason for not being available. Then after that, it took me 2 days of my time and effort to get back in contact with him. In that time, I made several calls and left a VM and emailed him. There was no return of a call nor a response to the email. I had to get another agent track him down after those 2 days. So when we finally spoke he said he would get back to me with pertinent information by the end of that day. And, as expected, he did not. So, again, I had to chase him down the following day, in which he was again unreachable. For me, it's not about being approved or not, it's about if they respect your time and your efforts for their services in which this executive account manager did not. I do not recommend due to the horrible customer service, which most likely reflects their product.

Very disappointed in my experience with SnapCap. I talked with Andrew very nice person, told me should have an answer in 2 days. 4 days later I had to follow up with him. OH he was missing a piece of information. Why didn't he call me and tell me? Anyway 4 or 5 days after that I get a canned email saying they would not be able to help me. I called Andrew 4 different times over 2 days to find out why with no answer. He always answered immediately when we were in the sales mode. They wasted a week and a half of my time waiting for them now I have to start all over with someone else. Very disappointing. I would strongly Not recommend them.

I had an amazing experience with Snap Cap! Very friendly, professional; and as a small business owner, it was a quick turnaround from application to funding! I look forward to working with them again, if the need arises! I highly recommend them!

Brian Janiak was on point and very helpful and in communication every step of the way through the process. The underwriters were great and patient when we had issues trying to E verify our banking. Very pleased with the customer service we received. Anyone looking for lending or their business I will surely send them to Snapcap.

So far I can't say enough good things about this company and their process. Lilliana helped me. I stopped at the application process because I didn't have the time to submit bank statements. Lilliana called me and helped me easily finish the process, got me approved and funded with a loan in my account all within basically 24 hours. I tried other lending websites, banks, and credit unions and let me tell you when they Snapcap/Lending tree says fast and easy they aren't lying! All these other places got left in the dust. Thanks to these guys I now finally have a go to source for when I need capital, and quick! Thank you!
