The absolute worst customer service! I’ve been a customer for years! Now they have a mother & daughter duo working there and the daughter has a nasty attitude. Jasmine treats elderly people like trash. She’s condescending, rude & obviously had no training with dealing with the public before working there. When you ask to speak to a manager she says “my mom is the manager”. It’s a conflict of interest and ridiculous! Tina, Trish, Christinia were all very nice and respectful! It’s all about how you speak & treat people and Jasmine is going to run a business that’s not hers down. Liberty Loans has taken over and I suggest you get new employees ASAP! I’ve tried to reach corporate but no reply.

Approved Cash has been my first experience with a pay day loan. The staff walked me through every step of the process with patience & professionalism. I appreciate their willingness, time, & effort to provide advanced help when I needed it most. Our holidays were a little brighter & a lot less stressful because of them. Thanks guys!

Christina at the Clover, SC location is so sweet and personable! She was efficient and very communicative about the process! She is a wonderful asset to this company.
